Admission Requirements

All applicants must submit a certified true of Transcript of Records (TOR).

PSA-issued birth certificate / marriage certificate(for female applicants).

Certificate of Good Moral Character

Honorable Dismissal

2x2 and 1x1 ID pictures 2 copies each (white background, formal attire)

Note: Please make sure to secure two copies for each of the requirements in a long brown envelope.
